WHERE IS MY REFUND?
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

WHERE IS MY RETURN
Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation. If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION
Trying to view your order to confirm that it has been placed? Not to worry! You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You can view any new order or past orders by logging into SARASHREE and going to ‘My Account.’ If you're having trouble viewing your orders, try logging out and logging back in and that should help! Please note that our system will only save orders up to 12 months. If you have checked out as a guest and haven't received a confirmation email, or you have used the wrong email address, it's best to speak with a live agent who can help you further.

MISSING ITEMS
If you are missing an item in your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery email, we won't charge you for any canceled items. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order information so we can help.
